We submited a Claim for my sons cell Phone the 150.00 deductable was Charged to our Sprint Bill. We Received the wrong phone as a Replacement. I Called Asurion they Said no Problem send the Phone back in the Supplied Return envelope. They have acknolaged
Recieving the Phone back but refuse to Issue a Credit
Stating a no refund policy Any One out there want to Start a Classic Action against Sprint and the confidence

Turned out we Replaced the phone for 80.00 on eBay.
After Paying a years Worth of Premiums . No help from Sprint Hand to Pay the 150.00 when this contract is done so are we with Sprint After 12 years with them
