My son's Note 8 stopped working, he had to email me as he is away in college. I contacted Asurian who stated the Note 8 was on back order which could take 7 to 10 days to receive however, that wasn't a guarantee but they could give me a status every 48 hours.
I explained my son's situation...they could have cared less. I told her that it's false advertisement to say they will ship by the next day, the rep told me they have 30 days to replace the phone, that it's in the service contract.
I stated they would have no business if that information was provided upfront instead of buried in legalese. The outcome is the same, my son who is away in college has no phone and he'll have within 30 days.....I'm done with that company.
