I never thought I would have to deal with insurance but I was wrong. The first 3 phone calls the order was cancelled the 4th call sent the phone but I thought he said the address the wrong so I asked him to repeat it, he became agitated and repeated the postal code.

I re said the correct the address by spelling the road name and he said that that is what he said. When the confermation email came at 10PM for tracking the package it was a non existent address. I had to phone back for my 5th call to them. When I told them what they screwed, the phone ordered was miracously backordered for a week and there's nothing that can be done about the phone on route.

In customer service the customer is always right. That man should have spelled out the address and that last phone call, she should have apologized for his mistake.
