I did not realize this was "Verizon/Asurion" insurance or I would not have purchased. After phone was damaged, spent 2 days trying to fix myself, given Asurion's pathetic reputation.
I then debated whether to just pay for a new phone, but at $600, decided to give Asurion a try.
After many more hours of wading through various steps in this ridiculously complicated, convoluted, and redundant process, (not too mention an entire day waiting for FedEx to arrive), in order to ensure I would at least have the phone by this weekend - you guessed it - NO PHONE! So right now I'm out a $600 phone, $200 deductible, $40 accessory which is not covered, $20 in insurance premiums, and at least 10-12 hours of my time.
