S7 edge quit charging after a year and a half. Bought extended warranty with phone. Asurion denied the claim because date was wrong. Just a cop-out on their part. Will never,ever deal with them again but i am not done fighting to have my phone replaced yet..

Do not have your phone replaced, demand a refund instead and use that money to purchase a new phone. They will send you a defective refurbished phone as replacement, and it doesn't even have to be the same brand or model phone--it just has to be of equal monetary value.

They sent me a defective replacement phone, then tried to claim they weren't responsible for it.

I finally contacted their claims manager up in corporate and they sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return their defective phone. Now I'm waiting to see if they reimburse me.
