I have asurion insurance through AT&T I pay $10 a month for it however when I bought my phone I had to add a new line a "ghost line" as they call it my iPhone 6 got put on my line the insurance got left on the ghost line although the AT&T rep knew what I was doing (so partly her fault yes) I filed two claims submitted the receipt from where I purchased the phone and insurance together and originally for the same line still got denied went in talked to her and she called and spoke with asurion who in turn basically said I was screwed and if I filed another claim it would be insurance fraud bc the phone line isn't actually being used...... Like seriously?!?
Why the heck am I paying for a service I can't use? Between both AT&T and asurion I've spent a week on the phone trying to get this fixed.
