Today is DAY four of trying to get a replacement phone mailed. I am primary on the acct.
I have faxed I.D., Affidavit as required. Today I faxed the affidavit for the THIRD time, because the information my son received was that Asurion was missing the faxed affivadit. WRONG ! They had received all THREE, but there was a HOLD on the acct.
We finally got this straight, but it took hours of time and almost a dozen phone calls!
Asurion gets minus 10 on how this was handled.
Train people better, please !! SO VERY FRUSTRATED !!

Preferred solution: Train your people better in what they say to customers. With better communication,k this could have been handled correctly by Day 2. It is pathetic that it took til day 4 to clarify what was the problem! Please have a supervisor call me to discuss this..
