Asurion - Lg refigerator

All started on 7/17/18 lg ref stopped cooling short story 7 weeks later numerous calls everybody was sorry but got one person after main one was ebony she would always call while i was at work told her number of times to call after 3 p.m. couldn't do take nothing but morons bought this warranty from home depot sorry but will never buy anything from them using *** poor third party company

Asurion - Trying to get computer repaired for 3 months

I called in May about blue screen on my mini desktop computer. They are sending me boxes that are 3’ tall for a 12x12x3.5” computer. I have called every week and It’s now July 20th and I still don’t have a box to send it in. Asurion stayed they would refund my computer but not the warranty monies. I haven’t even had my computer 6 months and purchased a 4 year warranty. Bad business!
