Sent my xbox one for repair to asurion, followed the claim process, spoke to a service representative who knew when I bought the console, the problem itself, etc. and told me to send it in.
Two weeks later I get it returned supposively "untouched" because it was "still under manufacturer warranty." The customer service representative should have known that and saved me 2 weeks from dealing with them. Not only did I get it back unserviced, but it was all scratched up and in worse condition . No one there cared and there was absolutely nothing I could do in my end but take the abuse.
I'm writing them a letter to cancel my service plan on both my xbox one and my ps4 since that is apparently the only way to have a chance at getting my money back for these useless plans. Had to send it to my manufacturer whom will repair it rather than this useless company who I PAID to fix it instead.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $550.
