I called Asurion to get a replacement phone for a previous replacement phone and he asked the trick questions about dropping the phone which I said no. He begin saying that I had said I dropped the phone and was charging $100.
I said I have not dropped it and said it simply does not come on. "Anthony" begin arguing with me saying I dropped the phone and me repeating that it does not come on. I asked to speak to "Antony's" supervisor and he muttered under his breath, "You ***". I said what did you just say?
And he said "I didn't mean, oh I didn't say nothing".
I finally talked to a supervisor and got the issue settled. What a loser both "Anthony" and Asurion are.
