I put insurance on a Samsung phone, when I purchased it. I put a claim in on the Samsung Phone G4.

In order for them to replace the phone, I first have to send my old phone to them. That means I can't just transfer my data from old phone to new. And I have no idea how long I will be without a phone. I told them, this is the only company, I know that has this policy and that the consumer should be put first.

They have credit card info, since they charge extra to process a phone claim! I talked to numerous representatives, and no one could help me, because that is the way the system is set up.

Someone had to set it up that way!!! The program didn't automatically set up the policies!!
