I filed a claim to have my replacement I-phone 6 sent to me on a Wed night. According to Fedex and Asurion, my phone left the FEDex shipping facility the next day on Thursday from Fort Worth, TX and was supposed to arrive "Overnight" as Asurion claims on their website the next day (Friday) to Denton, TX (My home) which is about an hour away from Fort Worth.
My phone never left Ft. Worth on Friday and got sent back to the "Shipper" aka Asurion because of a wrong address. I gave Asurion all my correct address information and they still screwed up. I run a videography company and due to my phone never arriving, I already lost a couple grand worth of business because my phone never showed up and I can't talk to my clients...
& It's now Monday of the next week ... The tracking info. saids that my phone was sent back to the "Shipper" and will get there in 2 days... Basically, Asurion Insurance is the worst company I've ever dealt with, they are liars and I would not recommend any of their services to anyone.
NEXT DAY? You'll be lucky to get your phone in a week or 2!!!!
I'd sue them if I could find a badass lawyer!
