Att is in cahoots with Asurion in my opinion. After receiving a defective replacement phone that is labeled "like new", but clearly doesn't work properly, I went to ATT and they told me to contact Asurion. After contacting Asurion, they emailed to me an electronic affidavit to fill out that I am to print, fill in with ink and "scan" back. They also require a snapshot of my driver's license. The F##$%%g pdf document WILL NOT PRINT because it is DISABLED to print on the part of Asurion. I confirmed this because I am able to print other documents...so I know it's NOT my printer malfunctioning.
After calling Asurion again, they told me, well, you have to go back to ATT or my local library to perform the task of printing their file.
In a few words, I was unable via telephone service or email service to remedy this issue and now have to return to ATT AGAIN.
As Judge Judy says, if it doesn't make sense, it's a lie.
PS: Even while attempting to upload their documents is not enabled.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Asurion Cons: I am reporting your company.
