I filed a claim with Asurion for losing a phone and they denied the claim mentioning that the IMEI number for my new phone was not updated. I refiled a claim with them again providing all the documentation, updating the IMEI with ATT and proof of purchase for the device.
Now i got a response from them mentioning the claim was denied due to program abuse. How can someone possibly abuse a program for their first claim? This is all insane.
Why doesn't they refund our insurance premium saying that we abused your program?? I am very frustrated and will definitely file a law suit against them..
