I am not sure why I pay for this service. I pleaded with them to work out a deal with the Verizon Store so I could replace my phone because I have to travel super early in the morning and they said to just pay up front the total amount for a new phone in store with a credit card and they would reimburse me in 5-7 business days. Well got to the store and they refused to let me pay with a credit card in store and I ended up paying $1377 up front in cash to be able to get a REPLACEMENT phone! Asurion - Lame claim limit

I was trying to file a claim for my iPad I was told I was over my claim limit but I could only use the insurance three times a year we are a family of five have five cell phones and my iPad have to pay this insurance for years this is very bogus.

Id been having problems with my phone and the sprint costumer support that i have to replace ny phone they gave me the asurion, told the lady verbatim i would need to replace my phone due to malfunction system they lady ok it process should be there with in the next bds. But they send a *** phone bacause they would to send my phone for repairs. I told them its replacement. Of the costumer services they sucks im constantly calling to get straight out my issue but, again they send the phone that is dented in the corners and my phone i have there no one signle scratches and dented in it.

I have been TRYING to get my phone replaced for 2 days now and instead of giving me all the CORRECT information the 1st time I contacted them, I get half answers. I provided the documents they asked for only for them to say “oh we meant you need to send XYZ” so I send that only for them to say “sorry but now we need the affidavit signed by this person”. No less than 5 employees in 2 days have not given me complete or correct information to get my replacement phone. Every hour I don’t have my phone, I lose money because that phone is my main point of contact for my customers. They refuse to make this right & could care less what their incompetence is costing me

I order a replacement phone for my daughter they sent me a phone that had a sim card for another number that was not mine So instead of them send me another right away I have to wait until Monday to receive my phone mind u I called them Thursday evening and I have to wait to the 22nd to receive my phone and they don't care I'm sick of it all god I hate dealing with these guys!!!

Maybe you don't understand my point. THIS REPLACEMENT NEXTBOOK IS OF NO QUALITY!

It's as if I purchased I Mercedes warranty only to receive a Kia as a replacement. I cannot see anyone purchasing a Nextbook from the get-go, so why would I want one as a replacement?!?!

We got a Bathroom Heater Fan in 01/20/2018 and the Replacement 025-049. Heater stopped work 01/01/2019. I called to the Asurion Team , got a claim number, send them all documents that was needed. At last 02/07/19 I got E-mail with Get my pre-paid shipping label , that said :We'll send your reimbursement no later than 72 hours after we confirm receipt of your product. I send the heater the same day, but since did not get anything from the team, but UPS confirmed that item was delivered 02/11/19 and today it is 02/14/2019. Besides the store Farm & Fleet to not sales those items, and the heaters are now much expensive - so the replacements money much less the price a new item.Do not buy this protection from this company! 02/14/2019 Bella Dreyzin

After 2-3 more hours on the phone and on their social media sites threatening to oust them in every way possible, I was sent a New phone the next day. Working fine so far.

Another example of my reasoning behind never owning any cellular device. I'm too old and irritable to take on any more problems, issues, or expenses. I don't have enough time left to waste any of it on things like you've described.

The same thing happened to me, unfortunately I didn’t find out til a year later when I took my phone IPhone 6 to get battery replacement and they said it was a fake iPhone and wouldn’t replace it. My Oringianl phone was purchased through Verizon.Pissed alsoJudi Haase
