My phone got stolen and I was really happy with how quick they sent me out a gently used phoned.... Than the problems started happening my phone would shut off and the screen would freeze and one day it just stopped working it wouldn't connect to my cell provider.

I called sure enough the phone I had was totally defective. I was sent a new one and I sent out the old one back and month in a half later they billed me 350 dollars which they illegally took out of my bank account without my authorizing the charge.

I don't know what happened to the old phone but I am not paying for lost mail.

They will try to *** if they can beware

Had you of listend when you were getting the replacement they tell you if the phone isnt recieved in 10 days they will charge the fee....that is all the authorization they need! Also, when the phone is never received they try to call 3 time or email you to inform you the phone was never recieved...if you dont call back they will charge you!
