Asurion - Deffective device received, no options
I received a device as a replacement from Asurion which was much cheaper than the phone I had. The phone because destroyed in less than one week because it was such garbage. Asurions only stance was that I had to pay the deductible again to receive the same phone, and that the insurance would then be removed from my plan.
With the initial claims process they told me the phone would not be on warranty. Then on the phone they said it would have been on warranty and the warranty was now void.
Asurion can and will also charge you the full price of your phone if they don't receive your damaged phone back. Regardless if they lost it, or the mail lost it.
