I paid $170 for a replacement iPhone, I received an iPhone that was refurbish which wouldn't be a problem if:
1) They used Apple products to refurbish it
2) The "new" LCD screen wasn't beginning to die.
This was absolutely unacceptable especially since I had to pay such a high deductible. Then when I tried to get a hold of them to see if they would send another replacement the faulty replacement there is nearly only an automated system and when you do get someone on the phone you can't understand them because they mumble and speak improper English.
Needless to say, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too.
