I have the Same issue. I have been trying to get service so they can declare my Samsung Refrigerator a Lemon.
They schedule the appointment with the service center and then the service center cancels and refuses to come out because they say there is nothing else that they can do and then Asurion tells me that the service people have to come out to declare the Refrigerator a Lemon while they are at my house. This is ridiculous. I will never buy any other Appliance from Home Depot and will not ever use Asurion. I am getting no where fast.
I have been dealing with this since May.
Ridiculous. There has to be someone who can help and they should not just be able to screw over consumers with no recourse
