Asurion has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have paid for our 5 cell phone insurance for years and when it was time to submit a claim we have been lied to (they told us they would send us a new phone but they sent us a bad non working refurbished phone).
We were suppose to get a new phone today, it did not arrive and we have so far spend over 3 hours on the phone with them. They keep transferring us and then hanging up on us.
SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTATING. I have spend hundreds of dollars in insurance over the year and submit one claim and they are treating me like dirt.
