Have insurance on a cell phone, can't register it online as the model and carrier aren't listed choices. Called and a rep registered it, after half a dozen phone calls.
Tried to file claim, they gave me a bogus email to send receipt to, all emails come back as undeliverable. It's near impossible to get a human being on the phone, all options keep saying to file online. Frustrating when you buy a piece of equipment for a thousand dollars then purchase this insurance and have to go through *** to try to make a claim. Who has time for these games?
HORRIBLE. I have made at least a dozen phone calls, actually got to talk to 5 different humans, only one of which did anything positive and that was the initial registering of the product.
