Nightmare of an experience and its still not over. Got the new phone in 2 days and not the promised 1 day.
Then it end up it is a refurbished phone thats locked and full of previous owners ROGERS CRAP. !st person to handle my call refused to let me talk to management. Instead she sent to me to customer service and she told them I asked to speak to them. Liar complete liar..I asked to speak to management bimbo but you wouldn't connect me.
WOW. Then customer service did the same thing.
Questionned my reasons for wanting to speak to management...OMG because I asked. I now have to wait another 3 days for another phone to come..wow what a terrible way to treat customers.
Never get this insurance ..it is not worth it ..
