You'd think paying insurance seperatly from your phone every month would ensure ease of use to be able to get a replacement. WRONG.

Documents i filled out to file my claim were not to be filled out by me but i was never told the information, not once. Then, saurian reaches out that i need to call them. I call, the lady is INCREDIBLY flatlined and rude. Ive worked all centers and continue to work customer service jobs.

There is NO excuse in any field of work you are in to treat your customers like dirt because you're so seemingly unhappy with your work place. She came at me and ask me if i was going to let her explain the process even though she already had 3 separate times. I stoppedd trying to explain myself for her to just sit in silence for 10 seconds, then when i went to ask her if she was going to talk she asked why i was cussing at her, AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE???
