I purchased a laptop and spent $160 on a 3-year asurion warranty. After 18 months of use, the USB ports on the laptop quit working, so I contacted Asurion.

They sent me the box & prepaid stickers to ship it, with no problem. On their communications, they said "3-5 business days" for repairs. It's now been 2 weeks, and when I contact them, both over chat and phone, nobody can tell me when it might be finished. "Sometime next week" is the closest answer I can get.

I need my laptop for my side business, and am furious that I can't get it back in a reasonable amount of time.

For what I paid for their warranty, I probably could've taken it to a local shop & had it repaired & back to me in a day or 2. DON'T BUY AN ASURION WARRANTY EVER.
