On 23 June Item arrive with no Battery and told will arrive Monday and never arrived. Called July 2nd and was told the battery is on back order.

Called 6th July and was told that Item was being replaced and would arrive Monday and Guess what, it never arrived. Called 10th July and was told again that the replacement is on back order. Then was allegedly transferred to Corporate #816-237-3000 and offered to replace with a comparable Item. I requested for a tracking number and again none has been given.

SO that tells me that there is a back of LIES AND DECEPTION.

Then I am on the forever hold and transferred to different departments. I have Corporate on the other line and they are aware that I have never been transferred to the corporate number.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $99.
