Had my new IPhone 7plus paid 2 - $300, They said it would be a few days not going to be over a week and they could not find anything wrong with my phone. Tried to talk to management but they just hung up on me before I could even say anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE ABOUT THE TIME IT TAKES TO HAVE A PHONE BACK TO YOU.

I think this company is a waste of time and Sprint has another scam with this company.

Some time ago I lost my phone and they wanted $250 to replace it.

Also it is too much to have to write a report with 100 words.
