Nov 7, 2016, lost iphone 6 plus and submitted claim number 111967762 to Asurion as instructed. Asurion advised a 10 day back order on the replacement phone.
I tried to explain thatI use the phone for business and that such a wait would adversely impact my business.
They offered no alternative solution that regardless of my business needs I had to wait 10 days. To add insult to injury, I called the Sprint customer service for help only to be told that Asurion was not part of Sprint. Still getting jerked around. I have 5 phones with Sprint and have been a customer since the 90s.
Due to this experience, I cannot afford to continue our business relationship. Please have someone to contact me regeading cancelling my contracts, or provide immediate satisfaction.
