I lost my phone one weekend. So I called Asurion, payed the deductible, and they told me they would send me the replacement phone the next day. The phone never came so I called and they sent it the next day instead…when I received this phone it was broken. So I called Asurion again and they said they would send a 2nd replacement phone the next day. The 2nd replacement never came so I called them and they never even shipped it. Currently I am waiting on my 3rd replacement phone. Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.
Every single phone call I have had with them I either get hung up on or sent to another representative. No phone call has lasted less than 20 minutes either.
Anyone who posts on a website that they have good customer service was payed to do so.
