Asurion - NOT HAPPY AT ALL
I CALLED ASURION TO GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE , GOOD NEWS I GOT THE UPGRADED PHONE THE NEXT DAY....BAD NEWS THERE WAS NOT A CHARGER OR BATTERY WITH MY NEW REFURBISHED PHONE. CALLED THE COMPANY SAME DAY SAID WILL SEND OUT BATTERY AND CHARGER, I THOUGHT IT WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY AS DID THE PHONE, DIDNT RECEIVE AN EMAIL SO I CALLED THE COMPANY LADY SAID NO TRACKING NUMBER BUT WAS SHIPPED.
I CALLED BACK LATER IN THE AFTERNOON TO TO TOLD THE ORDER WAS COMPLETED BUT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED AND THAT IT COULD TAKE 2 OR 3 DAYS TO RECEIVE THE BATTERY, IN THE MEAN TIME MY OTHER PHONE HAS BEEN TURNED OFF AND THAT COULD TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO BE TURNED BACK ON ,AND WAIT I HAVE TO RETURN THIS ONE WITHIN 10 DAYS AND I STILL DONT HAVE A PHONE THAT I CAN USE.
I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THIS INSURANCE FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAD TO USE THE CLAIM AND MY EXPERIENCE IS NOT A GOOD ONE. I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE SAY THAT WOULD JUST RATHER GO OUT AND BUY A PHONE WHICH IS AN OPTION BUT THE 100.00 DEDUCTIBLE WONT BE CREDITED UNTIL I SEND THE NEW PHONE BACK AND CALL THEM WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND WITHIN 7-10 DAYS I SHOULD SEE THE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT....THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
