Just terrible customer service. I was cut off the first time after a 16 minute hold.
The second time I asked them to call me back if we got disconnected and no call back!! That's now 30 minutes of hole time. Now, on hold again for another 8 minutes plus. What a great URL, I'm just pissed off.
If VERIZON WIRELESS wants to use them they need to switch. As soon as GOOGLE is available in my area I'm going to switch.
Let's see, I've been a client since 1995 and have had all 6 family members for the last 10+ years paying over 300.00/mo. I'm out.
