Not resolved

I bought an IPhone X through Verizon for my nephew. Since he’s just 18, I bought the whole protection/insurance package.

After about a week he cracked the screen, despite having a case and screen protector on. Started a claim through Asurion, they sent out a guy to replace the screen. Great. Except after that the screen wouldn’t work properly.

Went back to Asurion, they eventually sent out a refurbished phone to replace the now-defunct phone. Great. Except, my nephew couldn’t hear voices during calls on the replacement phone. Went back to Asurion AGAIN, asked them to please send a new phone for a replacement for the malfunctioning refurbished phone.

They sent out yet another refurbished phone as a new replacement... and, you guessed it - that phone doesn’t work right either.

Why pay for insurance when it doesn’t fix the problem, just creates new ones?!

Now we have to go back to Asurion yet again, and try to get this resolved.

Totally and completely ridiculous. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!
