Over 8 weeks ago my old cell phone broke, when I filed a claim the phone I had was not available I was told they NO longer made this phone. Asurion offered me 3 phones to choose from at that time but none of them even came close to what I wanted.
I wanted the phone I had! So at that time I was told to go over to T-Mobiles phone store pick out a phone and they would reimburse me. Once I got the phone called them, at that time faxed the receipt to them and was told in about 6 weeks I would get my check.
Today I called them and was told since I did not get the same phone I had they will not cover any of it. How could I get the same phone I had when its no longer available and was not told this at the time!
