Still havent heard a word from them.
Original review posted by user Oct 21I called in a claim for my new condition 50" tv; the spund was static and the far left screen had green/red color. Was on phone with claim rep who is telling me they have to have serial & model number to file a claim. I am explaining...

Original review posted by user Nov 04these people do not value people's time. I scheduled an appointment for the 4th. I received 5, not 1, not 2 but 5! messages confirming my appointment for the 4th. now they're telling me they have no record of my appointment! I took the day off from my job and this is what I get. what's even more upsetting is that they refused to acknowledge sending me these messages! *picture attached* I've never been so frustrated in my life. & now i'm leaving verizon for even referring me to these people!

- Cancellation of appointment without a phone call
- Total con job
- Did not get the service i paid for

It's been another week or more actually and still same old *** from ASURION saying same thing about they are WORKING HARD TO RESOLVE AND FIX THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT WILL'NT LET ME TALK TO ANYONE HIGHER UP THEN CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ( DAMN STUPID MORRIONS)...
- Failure to repair or replace
- Poor customer service
- Try to not follow what their contact states
- Dishonest employees
- Fraud charges
- Poor process and procedures

Home Depot got involved and Asurion refunded me the full cost of the refrigerator
