We've returned my son's phone once and had the screen fixed once without problems. We were about to return one of his phones again (yes, he's not very responsible), but when I talked with the Verizon guy he said the deductible was $150 !!!! The Asurion web site says $29 for screen repair and $89 for replacement. Nothing (not even a disclaimer in small print) says anything about a deductible other than those two. When the Verizon guy called them on it, the Asurion rep just reiterated the $150 deductible and made no attempt to honor the price on their web site. If I were a lawyer, I'd sue for false advertising. As it is, all we can do is complain on sites like this.

Had to leave my phone at work for my screen to be fixed unknown tech comes fixes phone also helps himself to 306.86 through NFC google pay...unfortunately for him he was caught on work camera with phone in hand when the last used time stamp...asurions response is put me on hold for as long as possible to tell me everyone in this department is gone..see you in court mf's...

I couldn’t agree with these posters more. Our dryer went out on 8/25/2019 and here it is 10/4/2019 with no end in sight.

We have rearranged our schedules and taken off work to accommodate three repair visits, and they had the wrong part for the first two and completely wasted our time! We called and got angry, and they referred us to an “escalation” team. What a joke that has been. They will not answer the phone or return the numerous calls my boyfriend and I have left for them.

It is impossible to get ahold of our “resolution specialist” who says in her voicemail message that she doesn’t answer her phone. I work and can’t sit by the phone 24/7 waiting for the random time she might call me back. We live in a rural area with no laundromat so I have to drive an hour roundtrip and spend $15-20 a pop to do my laundry.

It is awful. I will nevef use this company again, and I am turned off from shopping at Home Depot again.

these people do not value people's time. I scheduled an appointment for the 4th. I received 5, not 1, not 2 but 5! messages confirming my appointment for the 4th. now they're telling me they have no record of my appointment! I took the day off from my job and this is what I get. what's even more upsetting is that they refused to acknowledge sending me these messages! *picture attached* I've never been so frustrated in my life. & now i'm leaving verizon for even referring me to these people!

Just say no. You will pay $9.00 per month and when your screen needs fixed, you will have to drive 1.5 hours away and wait 2 hours for the repair for a total of 5 hours of your life you will never get back. *****Better yet, they will schedule a mobile repair and cancel on you 3 times without any reason***** Lastly they offer you the total phone replacement which costs 200 dollars. Real sorry sir..... Nasty uncaring customer service

Same here, I am filing a complaint in my state. if in the US you can file in the state with the department that coverns cell.

I didnt think they had one anymore but they do.

you can also file a complaint with the FCC. Might as well cause them a little problem back for all your grief.
