we are still going thru a warranty claim for portable dvd players for almost 2 years now. each time they claim to not have a copy of the receipt, then no copy of the claim then not receiving the items. they then claim we received the checks. They issued the same check 2x and still are now denying the claim again. AWFUL WORST SERVICE.

Upon returning my qualified cell phone for an e-card from Walmart oh, I was given the runaround for 4 days once they received my item. Then they told me that they indeed did send me any card which was untrue, then I received an email 48 hours later telling me that my card has been sent to me and I will receive it in 24 to 72 hours and guess what I didn't get it. Then I spoke with a supervisor who tells me that he cannot contact anybody via telephone to straighten this out so here I sit on day 8 waiting for my $104.99 eCard that I will never probably get.

What terrible service! If you feel like wasting a few hours of your life to file a claim and have it be messed up, then by all means, use them. Dealt with four representatives...pleasant enough but incompetent. Assured appointment was in their system but it wasnt. Glitches with online file claim, on hold for two hours total over several calls. Apologies are merely words. Apparently, the complaint resolution department only apologizes and doesn’t resolve anything. Talk is cheap..how about being responsive and solving problems?? All the hassle and time wasted for a simple cracked screen repair. Absolutely unacceptable!

Lets start by sharing that I spent almost $900.00 on a new I-phone and pay a monthly fee for Insurance. I damaged my my phone and acquired a new one through my Insurance company Asurion. I received several phones from Asurion and for the most part are okay. The last 2 phones I've received have been terrible. The second to last phone arrive with a damaged screen. It looked like a thumb print, so I dealt with a damaged green screen for several months. The cell phone and then started rattling. I called Asurion to explain the phone is getting worse and I was informed I'd have to pay another deductible of $230.00. I decided to keep it because i did not want to pay another fee and took it to a cell phone technician. The technician opened the cell phone in front of me and was shocked to see the cell phone was missing screws (The reason why it was rattling). The screws are replaced and the phone is working for a few months until a month ago. I can no longer make phone calls and when the phone rings I can answer and hear the voice on the other end but they can't hear me. Several issues start occurring and finally decide to call Asurion again and request for a new phone. During this entire ordeal I got the run around, i was transferred several times, i had a few very rude technicians by the names of Latimah, Noel and Cindy. I asked to speak to a Supervisor the answer is "that one isn't available" I asked the corporate number and they avoided the request and Latimah immediately transferred me to AT&T. I'm not sure whats going on with this team but they lack the customer service skills. Unfortunately this is the only partner AT&T works with and we have no choice but to put up with this mess. I finally received my "New/refurbished" phone 3 weeks ago. I've been having issues with the phone since then. I've contacted Pro care support through Assurion and have had good experiences but the phone is a mess again. I can't open up a text or email while have a conversation on the phone. The products are garbage, we should be getting a better product for all the money the consumer spends. Asurion techs should understand and sympathize with the customer.

Scheduled repair between 11-1 pm. At 1:10 checked on line to track the technician. Showed he had arrived. Not true. He finally called. After I complained to company, an hour after he was supposed to arrive and rescheduled for 3-5pm. Asurion refused to take responsibility saying the tech was 3rd party. Poor performance and poor company.
