We hate to hear about the image retention on your OLED TV. Even though this does affect a small percentage of OLED users, LG is working with customers to see what can be done to address the situation. Did a replacement in November. The phone that was sent out couldn't have due to religion background and all other colors were on back order till they don't know how long. Well speaking with the CEO and he did a reimbursement for me. Now that was all good. Sent the old crack phone back plus the replacement phone. I get my bill and low and behold there is the insurance claim is still on my bill. but why still charge me the insurance claim and you received BOTH phones back. And sent me the check for the reimbursement. Now one telling me to pay the bill and it will be a credit on m next bill and then you got one saying will we sent you a check for *** what did you do with it. Really ASURION

Details
Broke the screen on my iPhone 6S Plus. Within 48 business hours, I had a replacement phone with a deductible of $199 (which was expected). The phone has a couple of dead pixels, so it's pretty clearly refurbished. I would expect a new phone from the cost of insurance, but it works without issue.

I got a new phone with Asurion and i sent my old one back. They're saying they didn't get anything back. They charged me $350 and now i cant even afford to pay my bill. So now i wont even have a line. I just dont know what to do anymore. Ive tried calling and they say they cant do anything about it. I even went to the post office where i dropped it off and they said that their mail has been stolen before. The phone must have been stolen or something.
