I had a phone shipped overnight to Texas to my daughter in college. I live in Georgia.
The next day the phone was on my doorstep. I called Assurion. The supervisor was so rude. I had to go to Fedex myself and pay $66.94 to have the phone shipped to my daughter in Texas.
I wanted to be reimbursed. They told me they could offer me a $25 gift card. So, I explained again how inconvenient they made this process. And, my daughter does not have her phone.
The representative said, well at least I have the phone, so it was delivered. Yes, BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I LIVE IN GEORGIA. MY DAUGHTER IS IN COLLEGE IN TEXAS.
THANKS ASURION. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
SO I PAID A $200 DEDUCTIBLE AND $66.94 FOR SHIPPING AND MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT HAVE HER PHONE. YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
