I tried to submit the claim online, but it wouldn't verify my identity so it told me to call.I called and followed the agents instructions and emailed the info and waited.
Two days later I called back and was told that the first agent told me the wrong thing and my information wasn't received so I had to resend it, this time by fax. I sent it again and called back only to be told I had to upload it online. Really frustrating. The Program Details offer same day repairs.
I'm looking at a solid week before my phone will be fixed.They are only quick to take money.
