I tried to submit the claim online, but it wouldn't verify my identity so it told me to call. I called and followed the agents instructions and emailed the info and waited.

Two days later I called back and was told that the first agent told me the wrong thing and my information wasn't received so I had to resend it, this time by fax. I sent it again and called back only to be told I had to upload it online. Really frustrating. The Program Details offer same day repairs.

I'm looking at a solid week before my phone will be fixed. They are only quick to take money.
