Dear Asurion: After reading reviews about your customer service and flat out rejecting claims I am certain a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT would correct your unfair business practices. In my particular claim I submitted via your website the required documents for my MacBook Pro, only to find two days later a comment on the claim : "Unable to accept documents".

It also stated to check my email account for more information. There was no email received. My guess is your company has a standing policy to reject any claim for a device such as a Personal Computer or Apple computer because of the cost. This business practice is stunningly similar to the storyline in the movie 'Rainmaker'.

Deny, deny, deny claims until the claimant gets too tired to fight it. I will be pursuing this denial by your company.
