Sent them Dyson Vacumn they took 4 weeks to basically replace a battery ( that was on back order lol- Dysin states no such issue with batteries in back order). They sent it back broken and told me IT was working fine.

Took them 2 days to “investigate” to tell me I need to send it back again. And in 10 days or so they will get back with me.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service and NO real ability to fix anything.

They still have my vavuum. Last I heard they are trying to determine if they can VOID warrenty due to “sucking up” something that they feel damaged unit.

Its a dyson items never go to motor. Guess your not suppose to use a vacuum to vacuum.
