I dropped my new iphone in the water (my *** fault) and it stopped working. I called Asurion and they made me fill out an affadavit and fax it in.
They did send me a new phone overnight, which is good, but when I tried to plug it in...nothing. It was completely dead and nothing I or the phone techs did would make it work. So they had to email an adjuster and said that it would take 24-48 hours for a call back!! What??!!
Well, 48 hours came and went with no call.
Finally after numerous calls and endless conversations with phone reps, I finally was able to talk to an adjuster (Robert) who quickly handled it the way it should have been in the first place. I think it's unreasonable to have to wait that long just to talk to someone.
