Asurion - Told by customer service I could not use screen repair option $29
After 5 calls and being mysteriously disconnected once I had a customer service representative on the phone. I was informed by chat transcript the $29 screen repair program" was not an option" and I needed to mail in my phone or full replacement.
This is 100% FALSE. I am attaching chat transcript.
How is the company allowed to stay in business as a monopoly with their shady practices? Why is the CFPB not stepping in as there is clearly NO oversight on this companies actions.
I had a similar poor experience 2 years ago when trying to replace an I phone and they argued I had already replaced my phone, which was again, FALSE.
