Asurion - TWO WEEKS AND COUNTING JUST TO GET A RETURN LABEL
Sent an ipod for repaid. Asurion (who is the warranty repair center for Walmart) received the ipod on 10/19.
Sent it back 10/20. when we sent it the charger port was loose...they supposedly fixed it now it's doesn't even come on. First they said charge it 24 hour and it should be fine. Been charging it for more than two weeks.
They have promised on four separate ocassion that they email us the return label. To date none received.
JOB Security or inept - either way they are a waste of time and money. Walmart needs to select another company to service their electronic devices.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $700.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
