Word of advice. Do not use cell phone insurance. Add your phone(s) to an articles policy under your primary home/auto insurance. Asurion is an awful company. The online and phone support leads you on an endless loop of dead ends and you never speak to anyone.
Online Submission: They required a verification code. The only option to receive was via email or text to the phone that won't power up. I requested email 3 times. Never got an email. I requested live chat support. Estimated 8 min hold. Received a message that volume was too have and I would need to call.
Phone Support: options don't make sense and you can't get a live person on the phone.
The whole system is designed so that you get frustrated and give up. Both Consumer Reports and BBB have lots of obvious padded reviews to make their ratings look better. Don't be fooled.
